Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical underwriting expertise across property, casualty, and auto lines
Analyze portfolio results to meet profit and growth goals
Offer exceptional service and support to assigned brokers

Conduct peer quality control audits and maintain compliance

Requirements:
University or College degree
CIP designation required, CRM or FCIP as an asset
Minimum 5 years of underwriting experience
Strong communication skills for collaboration
