Desktop systems technologist will provide desk side end user support for all hardware, software and business applications, building machines and automate tasks as submitted through the Help Desk incident reporting systems.
Must Have: Automation and Scripting - Develop PowerShell, Python, Bash, or other scripts.
Automate server maintenance, patching, monitoring, backups, and deployments.
Intune Windows 11 Support/Updates - Advanced Endpoint Support, Microsoft 365 Entra ID Intune Windows 11 Support/Updates - Advanced Endpoint Support PowerShell, Bash scripting SharePoint & Teams Improve operational efficiency.
Nice to have: Defender PowerShell, Bash scripting SharePoint & Teams Networking Azure Fundamentals Customer Service Desirable certifications: MD-102: Endpoint Administrator SC-900:
Security Fundamentals AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) Requirements Must Haves: (Certifications are highly preferred) Automation and Scripting - Develop PowerShell, Python, Bash, or other scripts.
