Lead the strategy for Tires and Wheels at Canadian Tire, focusing on performance and category evolution. Drive SKU assortment, pricing, and store stocking recommendations to ensure customer-centric product availability.
In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the AVP of Tires & Automotive Outdoor Adventure. As the Product Manager, you are accountable for the national strategy and evolution of the Tires and Wheels business. Collaborate with Category Business Managers to optimize performance and provide actionable insights across owned and national brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the strategic direction for the Tires and Wheels category
• Provide leadership to the Category Management team
• Lead structured Line Reviews for SKU assortment optimizations




• Develop and govern a comprehensive pricing strategy
• Set the vision for the Road Rated tire testing program
Requirements:
• Proven results in product or category leadership
• People leadership experience in coaching teams
• Strategic mindset with robust analytical skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders and vendors
• Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus
