Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to support our tooling and production requirements in a fast-paced metal manufacturing environment. This is a full-time/permanent opportunity for a skilled machinist with strong hands-on experience in CNC lathe and milling operations, along with solid knowledge of Inventor.

Pay Rate: $24–$28/hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full time/Permanent

Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC lathes, milling machines, and drill presses
- Manufacture tooling and production parts to tight tolerances
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Use Inventor for tooling design/modification and part support
- Perform machine setups, offsets, and basic troubleshooting




- Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced production setting
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience
- Strong experience with CNC Lathe, Milling, and Drilling
- Prior experience in automotive or fast-paced metal manufacturing (required)
- Working knowledge of Inventor
- Ability to read blueprints and GD&T;
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable working overtime when needed
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
