We are looking for proactive Loader and Tractor Operators responsible for clearing snow and ice from commercial and institutional properties in the GTA. This position requires 24/7 availability during snow events from November through April. You will manage equipment operations and safety tasks while contributing to a team that values character and positive attributes.
Key Responsibilities:
• React swiftly to customer calls for snow events
• Conduct equipment inspections and maintenance
• Clear snow and ice from designated customer areas
• Operate assigned vehicles while following safety protocols
• Complete shift paperwork via our app
Requirements:
• Ontario Class G Driver’s License required
• Proven ability to operate snow removal equipment
• Excellent attention to detail in all tasks
• Capable of working under pressure in winter conditions
• Team player with a positive character
