Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and monitor patient conditions regularly

• Maintain documentation standards as per College of Nurses
• Participate in on-call rotations for client needs
Requirements:
• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• RPN diploma or RN degree from a recognized institution
• Valid First Aid or CPR Certification
• Experience in acute care or community nursing
• Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle
