Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily crew operations, scheduling, and resource allocation
Train and audit junior surveyors for consistent quality

Conduct topographic and construction surveys effectively
Oversee maintenance and calibration of vital surveying instruments

Requirements:
Degree in Geomatics Engineering or similar field
At least 5 years in construction surveying, 2 years in leadership
Proficient in Autodesk Civil 3D and network adjustment tools
Deep understanding of geodetic control networks
Valid Ontario Driver’s License with a positive record
