The Company is seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its purpose-driven investment platform. The CEO will be at the forefront of a transformative initiative, partnering with First Nations and local communities to acquire, repurpose, and recapitalize forestry and associated wood processing assets.

This role is pivotal in managing these assets for sustainable fiber yield and local economic development, with a robust focus on linking them to carbon payments and other sources of option value. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading a team, advancing the deal pipeline, overseeing operations, and establishing the company as a credible and trusted partner in the forestry and natural resources landscape of British Columbia.





The ideal CEO for this role will be an entrepreneurial, operations-oriented, and investment-savvy leader with a deep understanding of real asset investment management. They must possess exceptional relationship skills and cultural sensitivity to work effectively with First Nations, government stakeholders, and international capital partners.
