We are seeking a highly organized Deputy Program Manager to bolster our engineering efforts. You will help implement standardized project management practices while supporting the maintenance of critical transportation infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement standardized project and quality management practices
Track and report on engineering initiatives effectively
Administer internal programs like E1, E2, and Charter Offsets




Monitor engineering budgets and capital programs diligently
Maintain long-range maintenance plans for all vessels
Requirements:
Engineering degree in marine engineering or project management
Experience in managing technical engineering projects
PMP or quality management certification preferred
Familiarity with marine industry standards
Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint
