As a Senior Indigenous Relations Specialist, you will report to the Vice President of Indigenous Business and Relations, directing Stantec’s efforts to build and manage relationships with Indigenous groups. Your focus will include fostering internal awareness and enhancing recruitment and retention strategies for Indigenous staff, ensuring Stantec addresses community interests effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Forge relationships with Indigenous leadership and communities

Requirements:
Over 8 years of experience in Indigenous relations
Robust understanding of BC Indigenous communities and cultures
