The Remote Access Technical Architect provides support to the Service Manager and Service Owner to assist with day to day operational duties ensuring the services are operating at peak efficiency, and that the Service architecture is configured to minimize costs, and optimize the user and management experience.
The Architect must understand the technical capabilities of the Azure Virtual Desktops (AVD) environment and be able to work in a collaborative manner with both the Service Provider and other technical teams in the GoA.
Must-Have
Experience developing on cloud platforms and utilizing cloud services in development -3 years
Experience in defining technical architecture, building technical settings -5 years
Experience in gathering requirements from a diverse group of stakeholders across -5 years
Experience in multiple architecture domains e.g. business, application, technology -3 years
Experience with process improvement, documentation and requirement gathering -5 years
Experience with triaging technical issues/problems and troubleshooting -3 years
Experience with written and verbal communications including specific experience in -5 years

Experience collecting requirements, analyzing, designing or implementing M365 products - 1 years
