8+ years of experience in Infrastructure Operations, Monitoring Services, Enterprise Monitoring, or Observability platforms5+ years of hands‑on experience administering enterprise monitoring toolsStrong expertise in SolarWinds Orion, including: Infrastructure and Network MonitoringStrong expertise in Splunk, including:Robust experience with Dynatrace, including:Experience integrating monitoring platforms with ServiceNow Incident Management, Event Management, and ITOM capabilitiesExperience supporting production infrastructure, cloud services, applications, network, storage,



and enterprise platformsHands‑on experience with automation using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, and operational workflowsStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skillsKey Responsibilities
