Job Title: Roll Out Specialist/Implementation Specialists Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada Work Mode: Hybrid Travel: Approximately 80% Across Quebec Job Description We are seeking Roll Out Specialist/Implementation Specialists to support the deployment of the Kroll Pharmacy Management System across Pharmaprix pharmacy locations in Quebec.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on implementation support, user training, go-live assistance, and post-deployment validation to ensure a seamless transition and successful adoption of the new pharmacy management system.

Key Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote support during the implementation and rollout of the Kroll Pharmacy Management System.

Deliver training to pharmacy staff on Kroll system functionality and new operational workflows.

Prepare pharmacy locations for system conversion and go-live readiness.

Validate operational and technical requirements before system deployment.

Support pharmacy staff during system transition and ensure successful adoption.

Coordinate with pharmacy teams, IT, operations leaders, and corporate stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Identify, document, and escalate technical issues and operational challenges during deployment.

Ensure pharmacies are fully operational and confident using the new system after go-live.





Maintain implementation documentation, deployment reports, SOPs, and knowledge articles.

Support post-implementation activities and continuous process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience Experience working in retail pharmacy environments, preferably with Pharmaprix or Shoppers Drug Mart .

Hands-on experience with the Kroll Pharmacy Management System .

Experience with Assyst

Rx is considered a solid asset.

Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and pharmacy management systems.

Experience delivering user training and supporting system implementations.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced rollout environment.

Willingness to travel approximately 80% across Quebec.

Valid driver''s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable schedules as required.
