About the role Intact Claims National Supply Chain team is scaling how we use data to improve performance across our Property and Automotive Supply Chain Networks and were hiring a Manager, Supply Chain Analytics to lead that evolution.

What youll do Lead the Canadian analytics team (4 Analysts) supporting the Claims National Supply Chain, partnering closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insight to drive decision making.

Key responsibilities include: Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team : set standards for analysis quality, visualization, documentation, and stakeholder service Own supply chain analytics & reporting : oversee national reporting needs and ensure consistency, accuracy, and clarity Drive cross-functional alignment : partner with Operations, Vendors and Finance to align priorities and deliverables; reduce silos and improve ways of working Translate complex data into recommendations : deliver insight-driven guidance to leadership; define and standardize KPIs and support performance measurement Continuous improvement mindset : iterate on tools, data pipelines, dashboards,
