Job Description Aramark is looking for a Cook for the Thread Collective food service in Ville St-Laurent Position: Cook Location: Thread Collective (5001 Rue Lvy, Saint-Laurent, H4R 2N9) Wage: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on experience, to be discussed during the interview Schedule / Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday Start Date: As soon as possible Job Responsibilities Assist the Chef in preparing the daily menu Participate in service operations Experience in catering preparation (asset) Demonstrate creativity while meeting client needs Ensure high quality food service and customer satisfaction Optimize food and labor costs Ensure compliance with management, health, hygiene, and food safety programs Monitor and control service quality and customer satisfaction Qualifications 2 to 3 years of experience in food service or restaurant operations (asset) Strong leadership skills Excellent organizational skills, with rigor and method in daily tasks MAPAQ Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate (asset) Ability to work as part of a team Autonomy in completing tasks Positive attitude, punctuality, honesty, and good judgment Customer serviceoriented Advantages of Working at Aramark: Medical and life insurance Dental insurance Employee referral program Recognition program Training and development Secure work environment Career opportunities Monday-to-Friday daytime schedule The finalist candidate for this position will be required to complete and pass a criminal background check.
