As a key member of the global Health and Well-being Center of Expertise within Human Resources, you will work closely with a collaborative team dedicated to advancing workplace well-being.

You will advise stakeholders on best practices and contribute to a forward-thinking global strategy.

Your future duties and responsibilities: .

Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME): Act as the organizational health expert within the Global Health & Well-being Center of Expertise.

Collaborate strategically with global HR and other corporate services functions to seamlessly embed well-being best practices into CGI''s core processes, policies, and programs, driving a proactive approach to psychosocial risk prevention and management. .

Drive the annual CoE strategic planning: Contribute to the strategic direction of the Global Health & Well-being Center of Expertise.

Recommend and implement innovative global strategies and actions that support business needs, working in close partnership with key stakeholders. .

Partner with regional well-being leads: Cultivate strong, cooperative relationships to deeply understand business priorities, local contexts, and specific requirements across geographies, recommending impactful and outcome-driven well-being solutions. .

Collaborate on cross-functional HR projects: Consult and partner on strategic priorities and cross-functional projects within the Talent, Culture,



and Learning Centers of Expertise. .

Advise on high-risk well-being situations: Provide expert guidance during team or leadership interventions in complex cases presenting significant psychosocial risks. .

Monitor and Analyze Organizational Data: Track global key indicators related to health, well-being, and psychosocial risks.

Analyze data to uncover trends, identify priorities for action, recommend evidence-based solutions, and support the ongoing development of measurement tools. .

Design and facilitate well-being sessions: Develop and deliver engaging workshops on critical topicssuch as mental well-being, psychosocial risk prevention, the human factors in change management, and impactful leadership behaviorstailored for a global, multicultural audience. .

Stay ahead of international trends: Continuously monitor global market trends, emerging regulations, and industry best practices to ensure CGI remains at the forefront of organizational health and workplace well-being innovation.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role: .

Bachelor''s or master''s degree in health, workplace well-being, organizational psychology or a related field. .10+ years of experience in the field and a minimum of 5 years in a corporate environment with strategic responsibilities, ideally within a multi-country or global context. .

In-depth knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in work psychology and organizational health,



including workload management, psychosocial risk prevention, the human factors of change, and impactful leadership practices. . A highly collaborative approach with the ability to thrive in a consultative environment where diverse perspectives are valued. .

Proven ability to translate high-level strategies into actionable plans using project management fundamentals. .

Highly structured and organized with a strong degree of autonomy and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. .

Proficiency in identifying and analyzing key HR and organizational health indicators to provide data-driven insights. .

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels. . A commitment to positive, inclusive leadership with strong intercultural sensitivity and openness. .

Membership in a relevant professional order is considered a strong asset. .

Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global clients. #LI-YH1 CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role.

The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications.

Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $36-$60hr.

This role is an existing vacancy.
