SecOps Tech Lead to join a prominent organization based in Montreal.

In this role, you will serve as a core subject matter expert, shaping infrastructure architectures and guiding software development teams toward secure, modern cloud-native practices.

You will bridge the gap between technical execution and corporate security policies, ensuring systems are resilient, automated, and scalable.

Responsibilities Advise software engineering teams on infrastructure platforms, container strategies, and Dev

Ops methodologies.

Evaluate, recommend, and implement tools to improve integration and delivery pipelines across multi-stack product environments.

Translate corporate security governance into actionable, compliant platform architectures and deployment patterns.

Perform risk assessments, evaluate architectural tradeoffs, and provide high-level estimates for initial project roadmaps.

Mentor and influence development teams to accelerate the adoption of automated security and deployment practices.

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in IT,



with extensive leadership in Dev

Ops and platform engineering.

Proven expertise with infrastructure as code (IaC) and automation frameworks (Terraform, Ansible).

In-depth knowledge of container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Open

Shift), continuous delivery tools (ArgoCD, Helm), and service mesh architecture (Istio).

Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Git

Hub Actions).

Industry certification in cloud and platform operations (e.g., AWS Certified Dev

Ops Engineer, Sys

Ops Administrator, or Solutions Architect) or equivalent demonstrated field experience.

Fluency in French.

Our client operates in Canada.
