Our client is seeking a Radio Frequency Optimization Expert (Nokia SME) to support LTE and 5G network performance initiatives. This individual will serve as a technical expert responsible for troubleshooting complex network issues, performing deep-dive analysis, and optimizing Nokia wireless networks. The ideal candidate will have recent hands-on Nokia experience and a solid background in wireless network optimization and root cause analysis.

Day to Day

- Optimize LTE and 5G network performance across Nokia environments.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues through KPI analysis, traces, and root cause investigations.
- Perform deep-dive analysis of throughput, coverage, and performance problems.
- Support feature trials and new technology deployments.
- Analyze and tune network parameters to improve network performance.
- Work closely with the East Optimization Team to resolve network challenges.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves

- 5+ years of wireless/RAN optimization experience.
- Recent hands-on experience with Nokia LTE and 5G networks.
- Strong experience with network troubleshooting, trace analysis, and root cause analysis.
- Experience with KPI analysis, parameter tuning, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of LTE, 5G, RF optimization, and wireless access networks.
- Ability to investigate and resolve complex network performance issues.

Nokia expert should know this

- VoNR and VoLTE experience.
- Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) experience.
- LTE-M / IoT experience.
- Beamforming, layering strategy, and coverage optimization experience.
- Nokia NetAct or similar Nokia performance management tools.
- Experience with N71, N77, and N78 spectrum bands.
