The Saskatchewan Research Council (SRC) seeks a Research Engineer to contribute to its Technical Services Division. This role requires planning and executing experiments, analyzing technical data, and troubleshooting equipment in high-pressure environments. Successful candidates will engage in continuous improvement of research methods and deliver clear reports to clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute experiments using lab and pilot-scale equipment
• Develop and improve test methods and operating practices




• Analyze technical data and communicate findings in reports
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to recommend solutions
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff and students
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in engineering; PhD preferred
• 5-7 years of relevant applied research experience
• Professional engineering designation or eligibility
• Background in mineral processing and fluid mechanics
• Solid analytical and communication skills
