At Marketing Impact, we’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Picker/Packer & Inventory Associate to join our Operations team. In this hands‑on role, you’ll help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, and shipped while supporting inventory accuracy and warehouse operations.

What You’ll Do

- Accurately pick products according to work orders and customer requirements.
- Inspect products and verify quantities before shipment.
- Pack and prepare orders to ensure they arrive safely and meet customer specifications.
- Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and outbound shipments.
- Support shipping activities, including loading and securing products for transport.
- Receive incoming shipments, inspect materials, verify quantities, and report discrepancies.
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
- Support Assembly, Merchandising, Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, and other production teams as business needs require.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work setting.
- Follow company quality standards, inventory procedures, and health and safety requirements.
- Identify opportunities to assist the team and proactively support operations during slower periods.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, inventory, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or distribution is preferred.
- Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems is considered an asset.
- Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the workday.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Certified forklift operator with 3–5 years of forklift experience.
- Commitment to workplace safety, continuous improvement, and delivering high‑quality work.
