MiWay is seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee the maintenance of transit buses and non-revenue vehicles. This full-time, permanent position requires strong leadership in a unionized workplace. Candidates must possess a valid 310T Truck and Coach certificate and have a deep understanding of vehicle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise activities of maintenance staff daily
• Assign work and manage personnel for effective operations
• Schedule and prepare work orders using management systems




• Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and policies
• Provide leadership and coaching to enhance staff performance
Requirements:
• Valid 310T Truck and Coach Certification
• Minimum five years’ experience in bus maintenance
• Three years in a leadership role is preferred
• Knowledge of heavy vehicle maintenance required
• Valid Class G Driver’s Licence or better
