- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and interviews to understand business needs.
- Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, and process flows.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define acceptance criteria and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and feasibility studies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables meet business objectives.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and documentation practices.
