This full-time position is ideal for skilled Millwrights seeking a hands-on role in an innovative company. As part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for the installation and repair of key production and packaging equipment, as well as supporting comprehensive maintenance programs. Your collaboration with production, quality, and sanitation teams will drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair production and packaging machinery
• Implement preventative and predictive maintenance strategies
• Interpret blueprints and schematics for effective planning




• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic work
• Help train operators on essential equipment checks
Requirements:
• Valid Industrial Millwright licence (Ontario 433A preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• Proficient mechanical troubleshooting across various systems
• Welding, piping, and fabrication background
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs in a challenging workplace
