About The Role

The CBRE Landscape Supervisor will oversee and coordinate landscaping projects, manage teams, interact with clients, and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards while adhering to safety and environmental regulations.

What You’ll Do

- Provide supervision and direction to landscaping staff.
- Provide horticulture services and maintenance for all grounds and gardens within the landscape area.
- Manage trees, shrubs, and hedges: trim, prune, cut, remove dead or dying branches, keep largely free from litter, disease, infestation, and replace as necessary.
- Maintain grassed areas: uniform appearance, no dead patches, trimmed edges, free from infestation, largely free from fallen leaves, weeds, litter and excrement, and kept to a uniform length of 50 mm.
- Maintain flower beds: fully stocked with an appropriate mix of annual, perennial, and display plants; largely free from fallen leaves, weeds, litter, and disease or infestation.
- Inspect and maintain the irrigation system, including winterization and spring start‑up.
- Collect litter and garbage from landscape and ground areas.
- Operate hand tools, equipment, and landscaping machinery.
- Perform minor maintenance and repair on grounds equipment and tools as required.
- Keep outdoor furniture and seating spaces clean and in valuable condition.
- Store and secure landscaping materials and equipment with up‑to‑date inventory records.
- Ensure all areas of responsibility comply with health and safety program requirements, including tool and equipment inspection.
- Assist building maintenance staff within the facility as assigned.

What You’ll Need





- Three years of landscape/gardening grounds experience.
- Effective communication skills in English (oral and written).
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with staff, suppliers, contractors, and external service providers.
- Continuous support in delivering services and maintaining positive client relations.
- Application of standard operating practices and established processes.
- Input into operational decisions by identifying client and facility needs.
- Requisite safety practices for handling tools and equipment to avoid physical injury.
- Physical demands: exposure to elements (predominantly outdoor work), lifting up to 50 lbs, repetitive effort (stooping, climbing, walking, standing), and exposure to noise and heat from equipment.
- Current authorization to work in Canada without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary for this position is up to $28.00 per hour for a 6‑month contractual role.
