As a Production Operator, you will join our team committed to produce high-quality beer and beverages. Ideal candidates may possess previous brewing experience; however, we are willing to train motivated individuals. Your responsibilities will include operating equipment, managing yeast, cleaning, and supporting packaging operations while adhering to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the cellar while following recipes and quality standards
• Manage yeast processes, including harvesting and viability checks




• Clean and sanitize tanks and equipment regularly
• Assist in recent product development projects
• Support with packaging operations as needed
Requirements:
• Brewing experience preferred (1-2 years)
• Education in Brewing, Food Science, or Chemistry a plus
• Mechanical aptitude for minor repairs
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
