Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments in various settings
• Implement approved treatment plans and source assistive devices
• Train and supervise Rehabilitation Assistants
• Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and build client relationships
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
• Three years of relevant experience preferred
• Solid organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
