We are hiring an experienced SAP eCommerce Senior Developer to lead the architecture, design, and development of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Commerce Cloud architecture, Java Enterprise development, systems integration, and B2C eCommerce implementations. This role requires strong technical leadership, the ability to design scalable commerce solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver high-quality enterprise applications aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the architecture and design of the SAP Commerce Cloud platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Develop and implement architecture strategies leveraging SAP Commerce Cloud capabilities.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing B2C eCommerce solutions.
- Integrate SAP Commerce Cloud with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
- Define integration strategies focusing on data flow, security, reliability, and process automation.
- Develop technical solutions and establish coding standards, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and performant code.
- Conduct regular code reviews and mentor development teams on best practices.
- Design and implement Hybris data models including products, catalogs, storefronts, customers, orders, carts, and related commerce components.
- Configure, optimize, and tune SOLR search for improved application performance.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and other enterprise integration solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to gather and translate business requirements into SAP Commerce Cloud technical solutions.




- Provide expert guidance on SAP Commerce platform capabilities, customization approaches, best practices, potential risks, and future enhancements.
- Ensure overall solution quality, performance, scalability, and security throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture with proven expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-scale multichannel eCommerce architectures.
- Experience in mid-to-large B2C SAP Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud implementations.
- Experience leading 5–7 SAP Commerce Cloud integration projects with third-party systems.
- Robust expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) architecture, development, and implementation.
- Strong experience in Java Enterprise (Java EE) and web technologies.
- Expertise in systems integration and enterprise application architecture.
- Experience with Hybris data modeling, including products, catalogs, storefronts, customers, orders, and shopping carts.
- Strong knowledge of SOLR design, configuration, setup, tuning, and optimization.
- Experience in API development and enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of B2C eCommerce platforms and business processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and mentoring developers.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP Commerce Architect Certification.
- Experience with enterprise package implementation.
- Strong stakeholder management and technical consulting skills.
- Experience recommending platform improvements, future enhancements, and best practices for SAP Commerce Cloud implementations.
