Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer Location: Montreal, Quebec (100% In office) Duration: 06-12 Months Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to lead and manage user experience research activities, define and execute digital brand experiences, and translate research findings into actionable insights.

The role requires a strong advocate for user experience improvements and a subject matter expert in digital design.

Required Skills & Qualifications Strong expertise in user research methodologies (e.g., usability testing, interviews, surveys, visual preference testing, diary studies, and contextual inquiry).

Expert proficiency in digital design software such as Sketch (preferred), Figma, or Adobe Xd.

Experience managing digital brand experience in a decentralized environment, delivering UX/UI design for complex applications, and/or managing design systems.

Demonstrated ability to uncover deep insights and formulate concrete recommendations for design, development, and stakeholder teams.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. 5 years of related experience.





Preferred Skills & Qualifications Ability to educate and collaborate with other teams to apply user-focused design principles across disciplines.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead and manage user experience research activities that respond to project and audience priorities.

Conduct or oversee research reviews, competitor reviews, and benchmarking exercises to uncover applicable insights for projects.

Lead the creation of research artifacts like information architectures, journey maps, storyboards, and data visualizations.

Establish how the refreshed brand identity will be supported and communicated across digital touchpoints.

Create or oversee creation of wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes that respond to user research, brand identity, and project requirements.

Plan and execute strategic enhancements to the centralized site building platform and digital design system.

Translate research findings into actionable insights that can be applied by designers, developers, team leads, and stakeholders.

Act as a user advocate and subject matter expert to help identify and exploit opportunities to improve user experience.
