Data Analyst (Life Cycle Value) About the Opportunity Kelly is seeking a Life Cycle Value Data Analyst to support a leading aircraft engine manufacturer.

In this role, you will bridge business needs and digital solutions, helping drive current and future project initiatives through data analysis, automation, visualization, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, business subject matter experts, and data professionals to develop scalable, reusable solutions that deliver meaningful business value while maintaining a strong focus on user experience.

Key Responsibilities Develop automated data solutions by collecting, cleaning, transforming, and analyzing data using Python, Excel, and Microsoft Power BI.

Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that support business decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business experts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and prioritize initiatives based on project objectives and KPIs.

Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks and data-driven solutions.

Ensure user needs and user experience are considered throughout project development to maximize adoption and business impact.

Independently manage data-related tasks while maintaining project momentum and meeting deadlines.

Document solutions, workflows, and procedures, making technical concepts accessible to non-technical audiences.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to improve business processes and project outcomes.

Qualifications Required Bachelor''s degree with at least 3-5years of relevant experience in data analysis or combination of practical studies and work experience.

Strong experience using Python for data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and analysis.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data validation, pivot tables, and formulas.

Proven experience with Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, transformations, visualizations, and DAX.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with demonstrated business acumen.

Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.

Flexible, resilient, and resourceful in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Results-oriented with solid planning and organizational skills.

Professional-level written and spoken English, including presentation skills.

Assets Experience with Agile methodologies and project management.

Knowledge of financial concepts such as cost escalation, NPV, and EBIT. SAP knowledge.

Intermediate French proficiency.

Work Environment Professional office environment in a modular or open-concept workspace.

Qualifications Exigences Baccalaurat et au moins un an d''exprience pertinente en analyse de donnes.

Excellente matrise de Microsoft Excel, incluant la validation des donnes, les tableaux croiss dynamiques et les formules.
