Description de l''emploi: Customer Service Representative Under the supervision of the Team Lead, the Customer Service Representative (temporary) responds to calls related to insurance claims (automotive glass breakage) while maintaining the highest quality standards of our organization.

Using the scripts and systems available to them, they assist customers with their questions and concerns and recommend solutions according to their needs.
