We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a procurement system enhancement initiative within a large enterprise program. This is a 6-month contract (with potential extension), starting ASAP, operating in a hybrid mode (2 days onsite). The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, support delivery, and ensure successful implementation of business and technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements

Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and working sessions

Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories

Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives

Collaborate with technology teams to ensure solution alignment

Support QA and UAT processes to validate system functionality

Prepare documentation including process flows, requirements, and analysis reports





Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams

Must-Have Requirements

5-7 years of Business Analyst experience

Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and managing expectations

Strong documentation skills (BRDs, user stories, process flows)

Hands‑on experience with Jira and Confluence

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Experience supporting QA and UAT activities

Understanding of IT project lifecycle

Experience within banking or insurance industry

Strong communication skills and ability to manage complex stakeholders

Nice-to-Have

Experience with procurement system implementations

MBA or relevant advanced degree
