Position Summary

Service & Support Representative – responsible for the seamless execution, implementation and follow‑up from installation to servicing of Wurth Systems and Solutions for larger customers within the Edmonton area.

Responsibilities

- Set up new customer ORSY systems to client requirements and brand standards.
- Assemble ORSY bins using power and hand tools.
- Perform clean‑ups of existing ORSY setups, reorganize products, and maintain brand consistency.
- Order and apply labels to ORSY setups following brand standards.
- Install and configure ORSY mat / RFID setups, ensuring operational readiness.
- Maintain ORSY mat machines or RFID systems, collaborating with suppliers for repairs at customer sites.
- Conduct inventory checks for accurate stock levels.




- Travel regionally to support other districts with large setups.
- Attend district sales meetings, town halls, and relevant meetings.
- Provide daily work reports to direct manager.
- Deliver exceptional in‑person service experience and champion Wurth’s value proposition.
- Demonstrate Wurth’s culture and high‑performance attributes daily.
- Drive personal and professional development and growth.
- Contribute to a high‑performance team, exceed monthly goals, and uphold corporate values.

Qualifications

- Entrepreneurial, resilient self‑starter who thrives in a flexible, growth‑driven environment.
- High‑school diploma required; post‑secondary education in a related field or 1–2 years of relevant work experience acceptable.
- Familiarity with hand tools for efficient and safe assembly and maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand standards.
- Ability to work independently with ownership of tasks and projects.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external customers.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Travel within the Edmonton area to meet varying project locations.
- Strong organization skills for planning projects and preparing materials.
- Valid driver’s license, clear driver’s abstract, and clear criminal record.
- Alignment with company values: collaboration, integrity, respect, achievement.
- Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with iPad, Microsoft Suite, and intermediate Excel for data management and project tracking.
