• Diagnose issues and perform repairs on diverse machinery
• Engage in required Service EDUCATE training sessions




• Maintain inventory with Parts Department for effective service
• Inspect and document customer service issues on work orders
• Comply with all safety guidelines and regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years hands-on repair experience
• Proficient in mechanical and electrical systems
• Valid driver’s license is necessary
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs consistently
• Preferred experience with John Deere systems
