About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Broker to service and grow a portfolio of personal insurance clients. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while providing tailored insurance solutions for home, auto, and personal property risks. The ideal candidate is client focused, detail oriented, and comfortable working in a fast paced brokerage environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of personal lines clients (Auto, Home, Condo, Tenant, etc.)
- Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and policy changes
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Provide clear explanations of policy terms, coverage options, and pricing
- Market risks to insurers and negotiate coverage and premiums as needed
- Maintain accurate client and policy records in the broker management system
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and brokerage procedures

Commercial Lines Insurance Broker

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Commercial Lines Insurance Broker (or equivalent commercial insurance role)
- Proficiency with Applied Systems Epic (daily, hands on use required)
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams




- Solid understanding of commercial insurance products (e.g., Property, Liability, Auto, Package Policies)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
