Reporting to the Manager of Educational Development, you will collaborate with the Centre for Teaching Excellence (CTE) team to design and deliver innovative curriculum support. Your experience in teaching and educational development will enrich this role, while you manage impactful projects to foster teaching excellence at UNF.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engaging faculty workshops and learning sessions
• Support faculty with blended learning and AI technologies
• Facilitate teaching excellence initiatives institution-wide




• Consult with faculty on teaching and learning strategies
• Contribute to the accreditation of UNF’s University Teaching Certificate
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in relevant field; PhD preferred
• Minimum 5 years teaching experience in universities
• 3-5 years in faculty/instructor development roles
• Extensive experience in course or curriculum development
• Strong project management and communication skills
