As part of the Youth Thrive program, you will work mainly with youth aged 16 to 30, offering support and mentorship through their volunteer placements. Your key focus will be on outreach to local non-profits, building relationships, and ensuring youth succeed in their roles. You will also be responsible for documenting progress and maintaining compliance with program standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with non-profits for volunteer placements
• Develop and provide coaching for youth participants
• Support youth in navigating volunteer environments
• Track success rates to achieve placement targets
• Organize events to promote Youth Thrive services
Requirements:
• Degree in relevant field preferred
• Two years of community outreach experience
• Ontario G driver's licence for travel
• Experience with Indigenous or underserved youth desired
