As a Clinical Manager, you will report to the Director of Care for General Programs at this 243-bed long-term care home. Key responsibilities include directing delivery of resident care services, maintaining professional standards, and participating in strategic planning and quality improvement initiatives. The role demands strong leadership to ensure effective collaboration across departments and successful implementation of policies that reflect our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and oversee delivery of resident care services
• Collaborate on multi-site strategic planning initiatives




• Ensure compliance with government and regulatory guidelines
• Lead RAI/MDS coding and auditing processes
• Support fiscal management and strategic planning for nursing
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with a current Alberta license
• 1-2 years of charge nurse or leadership experience
• Experience in long-term care and mental health
• Knowledge of RAI 2.0 and quality indicators
• Geriatric Nursing Certificate preferred
