Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships? We're looking for a Customer Solutions Representative to serve as a key point of contact for customers by providing pricing, delivery information, technical support, and order management while helping drive sales growth.

In this role, you'll:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product support
- Prepare and follow up on quotations
- Process customer orders and contracts
- Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and Operations teams
- Manage customer inventory programs and agreements
- Help deliver an outstanding customer experience

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- 1-2 years of customer service, inside sales, or sales support experience is an asset
- Manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus
