Position: Logistics& Procurement Support Intern

Mushkegowuk Development Corporation is seeking amotivated Logistics & Procurement Support Intern to support the Company'soperations across the supply division. The Intern will report to the CapitalProjects Manager and plays a supporting role in ensuring accurate and timelycoordination of orders for Indigenous communities, regional organizations, andcommercial/industrial customers across Northern Ontario. Through yourorganizational and coordination skills, the Logistics & Procurement SupportIntern will assist with procurement, logistics coordination, and customer orderprocesses for the company. The ideal candidate will have strong attention todetail, an interest in supply chain and logistics, and the ability to managemultiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supportprocurement and logistics coordination for customer orders
- Assistwith preparation of quotations, procurement documentation, and pricingsummaries
- Trackcustomer orders from quote to delivery




- Supportbulk purchasing and seasonal supply initiatives (e.g., winter road)
- Supportmarketing and sales programs
- Coordinatewith warehouse staff for order fulfillment
- Maintaintracking tools and spreadsheets
- Communicateorder timelines and updates with customers
- Recentgraduate of a college/university program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics,Business Administration, or related field preferred, but not required.
- Strongorganizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiencywith Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Professionalcommunication skills and attention to detail.
- SpeakingCree is an asset
