Reporting directly to the Manager of Enterprise Solutions, you’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Systems Analyst – Network and Security Specialist. You will deliver critical assistance for network and system performance, implementing patches and upgrades while providing emergency support as needed. This role is essential to maintaining the technical backbone of the City’s infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support for enterprise systems and performance
• Assist with service patches and system upgrades




• Collaborate on network and security infrastructure maintenance
• Identify and install software updates efficiently
• Conduct system administration tasks and automation scripts
Requirements:
• Diploma in information technology or equivalent
• Minimum three years of technical experience
• Extensive troubleshooting experience with servers and networks
• MCSE or equivalent education and experience
• Valid BC Drivers’ License, Class 5
