Your Daily Impact Process supplier invoices ensuring their compliance with purchase orders and supporting documents Perform necessary validations with various internal teams Ensure follow-up on approvals and payment deadlines Prepare payments by check and electronic transfer Reconcile supplier statements Perform bank and credit card reconciliations Participate in monthly closing activities Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant accounting records with internal controls Collaborate daily with administrative teams from multiple sites Respond to supplier inquiries and ensure excellent follow-up Participate in the preparation of files for external auditors Contribute to process and financial tool improvement projects Provide support to the accounting team based on operational priorities Your Expertise DEC or technical degree in accounting,
