As a key player in our team, you will optimize vehicle dynamics performance using state-of-the-art driving simulators and contribute to groundbreaking projects.
Key Responsibilities Optimize vehicle dynamics performance using advanced driving simulators.
Evaluate vehicle performance to validate suspension architecture and tire/steering requirements.
Support and lead vehicle programs with analysis and optimization of suspension, steering, and tires.
Collaborate with various teams to establish architectural hardpoints for steering and suspension components.
Document and present development activities and results to management.
Conduct subjective evaluations of vehicles and tune suspension, steering, and tires.
Requirements Master''s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Aerospace Engineering from an accredited program.
Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle dynamics simulation (including university projects).
Proficiency in ADAMS/Car, Car
Sim, MATLAB, and Simulink.
Strong understanding of vehicle dynamics theory and application.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Valid driving license and legal eligibility to work in Canada.
Ability to travel to the USA for meetings.
Preferences Experience with steering system or tires or suspension component design.
Competency in test and simulation techniques for suspension and steering systems.
Experience in a driving simulator environment.
Experience with VI Car
Realtime, VI Drive
Sim, and Sim
Workbench.
Baja SAE or Formula SAE experience is a big plus.
