Required Skills & Qualifications 5 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in complex enterprise environments. 2 years of experience working with CRM systems, preferably Oracle Sales & Service Fusion Cloud.

Strong expertise in Oracle Sales & Service Cloud configuration and administration.

Hands-on experience with Accounts, Contacts, Service Requests, and Opportunities.

Prior work experience at client or in client''s Industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle BI Publisher, and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).

Oracle CX Security Management and basic understanding of REST APIs within Oracle CX.





Functional Consultant certifications and Oracle CRM certifications.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into functional solutions.

Facilitate stakeholder engagement and workshops, documenting functional specifications and user stories.

Conduct functional and regression testing, manage test planning and execution, and resolve defects.

Manage environment refresh activities, configuration migration, and release support.

Utilize Azure Dev

Ops for managing user stories, test cases, tasks, and bug tracking.
