Role Summary: To lead, manage & continuously develop the quality management system for Entrematic NA, ensuring optimal quality in everything we do.
Customer perceived quality is paramount and hence the scope of the role is Record NA.
This role is expected to last a 12 month contract period and is temporarily covering a leave of absence.

RecordNAQualityteam Quality Management The Quality Engineer is the voice of the Customer & Quality in the
Vaughanfacility.
Quality
Engineerwill lead and manage quality claims process Authorized torecommend a production order orshipmentbestoppedforassessment.
ThePEDESTRIANNAQuality Engineerwill have the final authority to stop or hold a shipment or production order, after the assessment is complete.
Authorized to quarantine parts and/orproductsfor disposition Propose & lead recall whenrequired Reduce annual warranty cost and other KPIs as directed All other assigned duties, as necessary Quality Management System Ownership of

Requirements: Education:ABachelors degree in engineeringor documented experience from successfully running similar operation/functionin similar industry.
Languages: Proficient in spoken and written English isnecessary, other languages isan advantage.
Computer skills: Proficient ability to handle office tools isnecessaryand experience from claims handling applicationsis an advantage Other: Experience fromestablishingquality management systems and implementing digital tools/applications is meriting Experience: Minimum3-5years of experience in aglobal and complex supply chain/qualityorganizationis preferred Compensation: $30-36/hr, based on experience.
