Join a team-oriented design studio as an Intermediate Industrial Designer on a maternity leave contract in Vancouver. You will engage in industrial design and product development while contributing to visual communications and marketing.
Our small team is looking for an Intermediate Industrial Designer with a passion for both creative and technical projects. You'll collaborate on developing new products from concept to production, and assist in creating marketing materials, product documentation, and brand communications. This full-time role requires a blend of design skills and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop design concepts through sketching and 3D CAD
• Create design-intent drawings and technical assets
• Conduct material and finish research and evaluation




• Assist in producing marketing materials and visual assets
• Support sales and customer service with inquiries and materials
Requirements:
• Degree in Industrial Design or related field
• 3–5 years experience in industrial or furniture design
• Proficiency in Rhino, V-Ray, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Familiarity with SolidWorks and AutoCAD is an asset
• Strong visual communication and organizational skills
