NAC is looking for an experienced Mobile Crane Operator to oversee crane operations in a heavy construction workplace. Your role will emphasize safety and proper equipment handling.
As a key member of the site team under the Civil Superintendent's guidance, you will execute detailed safety checks, manage loading and unloading, and respond to any safety issues. Your expertise in crane operations, especially using a 100 T Crawler, will play a vital part in project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose heavy equipment before operation
• Notify team of necessary crane services
• Maintain strict safety compliance and protocols
• Manage cargo and secure load operations
• Mentor apprentices in crane techniques
Requirements:
• Journeyperson Mobile Crane Operator certification required
• Minimum 3-5 years in heavy civil construction roles
• Experience operating a 100 T Crawler preferred
• Strong knowledge of safety and maintenance practices
• Valid WHMIS and related safety certifications
