Reporting to the Director of Technology Strategy, this Associate Director role focuses on leading Second Line of Defense engagement to ensure rigorous compliance with regulatory submissions. You'll collaborate with global teams to identify risks and recommend improvements while maintaining accountability and integrity in regulatory processes. Your leadership will shape effective risk management practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



• Review regulatory submissions for accuracy and completeness • Identify and report gaps in compliance and control measures • Coordinate drafts for Regulatory Exam First Day Letter Requests • Oversee regulatory workstreams in the US operations • Track trends in regulatory activities and submissions

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Technology or Business • Minimum of 7 years in IT Risk or Internal Audit • Proven track record in regulatory compliance management • Robust analytical and communication capabilities • Experience in large financial services firms is preferred
