Number of Positions: 6

Working Days: 5 days per week (Sunday off)

- Shift length: Up to 10 hours per shift
- Day shift: 9:00AM – 5:30PM
- Night Shift: 5:15 PM – 2:30 AM

Summary of Duties

- Perform quality inspection on customer-returned apparel according to warehouse standards and SOP
- Identify and document product condition issues including:
- Damage/defects
- Stains/dirty items
- Signs of use/wear
- Hair/lint
- Size, style, and color verification

- Operate the warehouse management system (WMS) to record inspection results and input required information based on different scenarios




- Sort and categorize items according to inspection outcomes and process requirements
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety rules
- Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Previous warehouse QC/inspection experience (apparel preferred)
- Detail-oriented and able to follow SOP consistently
- Able to learn and use WMS for accurate data entry
- Reliable and able to work at the Vaughan warehouse location
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
