T3 Training is hiring a part-time Personal Trainer to lead private and small group sessions at our private training facility. You will be coaching anywhere from 1 to 15 clients per session in a structured, results‑focused environment. This role is ideal for a trainer who values consistency, professionalism, and hands‑on coaching rather than floor supervision.

Schedule Requirement

Monday to Friday
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM (mandatory)

Compensation

- Paid hourly
- Pay scales exponentially based on the number of clients attending each session
- Opportunity for increased earnings as class attendance grows

Responsibilities

- Coach private and small group training sessions (1–15 clients)
- Deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts
- Provide clear instructions, corrections, and motivation
- Maintain a professional, positive training environment
- Build rapport and trust with clients
- Uphold T3 Training standards for coaching, conduct,



and cleanliness

Requirements

- Must actively live in Calgary, Alberta
- Must be available Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
- Minimum one year of private or personal training experience
- Must hold at least one recognized fitness incontestification (CSEP CPT, NASM CPT, ACE CPT, CanFitPro PTS, ISSA CPT, etc.)
- Solid communication and people skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Confident coaching of basic lifts and movement patterns
