Senior Technical Associate

Location: Coquitlam, BC

We work with big, exciting coffee and beverage brands and enjoy the work we do.

Responsibilities

- Service and maintain customer equipment.
- Travel to and from customer locations to troubleshoot and fix equipment.
- Install machines at customer locations.
- Maintain adequate parts levels in the truck for equipment repairs.

This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties may be assigned by the line manager.

Total Rewards

CAD $49,900.00 - $68,640.00 annually.

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.

Requirements

Qualifications

- High School Diploma.
- 3 to 5 years in a similar technical role.




- Robust mechanical aptitude – previous electronic/plumbing/electrical experience.

Competencies

- Bilingualism in concerned provinces.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driver's abstract.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer-service skills.
- Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
